We aim to complete at least 85% of all repairs and up-grades On-site. Repairs are only returned to base if other unexpected parts are required or it is agreed this will be the best way forward. Otherwise expect the technician to be in and out within the hour. And if the job is expected to take longer than the hour, this will be agreed before hand.
We try to carry out repairs at your home with minimal of disruption and hassle and to get you back up and running in the shortest possible time. As a result, we carry up-to-date repair and service tools to complete our work.
