But the Taiwanese and Italian designers certainly haven't skimped on features, cramming a lot into that small package. The Acer-Ferrari 1000 notebook PC is powered by an AMD Turion processor and includes a metal touchpad and a carbon-fiber cover to make the exterior especially sturdy. Acer even boasts that the computer's weave pattern is designed to evoke the checkered flag at a race.
